Terms of Use
These terms apply to the mobile game Train Rail Puzzle (the "Game") published by Pentaio ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The rules of the store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the store's rules win where they must.
1. Who may play
The Game is meant for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you, especially before any purchase.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it. The Game, its levels, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Third-party assets are credited in the Game under Settings → Credits.
3. Coins, hints and other virtual items
- Coins, hints and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the Game. They have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- We may change prices, rewards and how virtual items work, for example to balance the Game.
- Virtual items may be lost if you delete the Game without a cloud save, or if the Game is discontinued.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Coin packs are consumed when they are delivered. "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase linked to your store account and can be restored with the "Restore purchases" button or on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, according to its policy and the consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
5. Ads
The Game is free and shows ads. Some ads are optional (rewarded ads) and give an in-game reward when watched to the end. Rewards depend on the ad being completed and may not be available at all times. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or for products advertised in them.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of the Game, exploit bugs to gain items, or interfere with the Game's services or ads. We may remove items gained this way.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop the Game or any part of it, including adding or removing levels. We try to keep the Game available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
How the Game uses data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims before the courts there.
